The price on the website refers to 6 months contracts

For  less than 6 month contracts there will be an additional £10 per week and 2 weeks deposit

For +6 months contract we require 1 month deposit plus 1 month rent and 1 week admin fee

In case of no uk working reference provided, 2 months rent and 2 months deposite has to be paid in advance
